SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and the actions of third parties. We will work professionally and use industry best practice, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms, and any retainer arrangements will be set out in your service agreement. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to pause work where invoices remain unpaid past the agreed terms.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this site or any service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
